The Collin County District and County Clerks are having a 5k Fun Run/Walk benefitting the Hope’s Door Domestic Violence Center and the Collin County Children’s Advocacy Center on Saturday, October 23, 2010. Our Mission
To keep and protect the judicial records of the Collin County District
Courts in compliance with the state constitution and state statutes as
they relate to serving the citizens, and by fulfilling the statutory duties
required as the custodian of such records through the promotion and direction
of professionalism and cooperation among the District Clerk's staff.
CIVIL & FAMILY CASE FILINGS Please Note: We cannot accept credit cards for any case filings
in the Civil or Family court sections at this time. However,
credit cards may still be used for Criminal case filings.
