IMPORTANT NOTICE: We’ve posted an updated form for our Agricultural Exemption Burn Permit. The second page of this application includes the guidelines and rules by which these burn permits are issued. There are no extensions, they are free, and expire Dec. 31 of the year they are issued.
NOTICE: As of October 28, 2011, the countywide outdoor burn ban, in effect since July 1, 2011, has been rescinded. A permit is required before any outdoor burning is allowed. Please review the rules and procedures to follow to apply for an outdoor burn permit.
