The office of the Collin County Fire Marshal does perform annual fire inspections on businesses in the unincorporated areas of Collin County.

If you know your business is due or coming due for an annual inspection, you may request the inspection by completing the Request for Annual Fire Inspection on a Commercial Business and returning it via mail or bringing it to our office.

As with the rest of the forms on our web site, soon you may e-mail this form directly to us.

Once we receive the completed form, we will stop by your business and perform the inspection. Upon completion of the inspection, you will be given an inspection sheet that will inform you of any violations that must be addressed and whether you have passed inspection.

Once our database is completed, annual inspections on commercial businesses will be automatically preformed, as required.
