Collin County helps fund non-profit organizations and health clinics throughout the area that offer a variety of services, from visual screenings for kids to prescription assistance and medical help for seniors. Listed below are the organizations we are currently helping to fund. County residents may contact these organizations directly to inquire about the services available.

Allen Community Outreach provides a food pantry, financial and prescription assistance, household items and clothing assistance to eligible residents of Allen, Fairview and Lucas. 801 E. Main St., Allen, TX 75002; (972)727-9131.

Community LifeLine of McKinney provides prescription assistance for eligible low income residents. 503 North Kentucky St., Suite A, McKinney, TX 75069; (972)542-0020.

Frisco Family Services provides prescription assistance for eligible low income residents. 8780 Third St., Frisco, TX 75034; (972)335-9495.

Health Services of North Texas provides medical care and medications, housing, counseling, transportation and support services to persons living with HIV/AIDS in Collin County. 2540 K Avenue, Plano, TX 75074; (972)424-1480; toll-free (800)974-2437.

Hope’s Door provides intervention and prevention services to those affected by domestic violence, including a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, counseling, legal advocacy, transitional housing and teen dating violence prevention. 860 F Avenue, Suite 100, Plano, TX 75074; (972)422-2911; Hotline (972)422-7233.

The Samaritan Inn assists individuals and families before, during, and after a homeless situation by providing interactive, in-house programs for its residents and graduates. 1710 North McDonald Street, McKinney, TX 75071; (972)542-5302.
