Located on the Preston Ridge Campus of Collin County Community College, the Alumni Hall Fitness Center offers an indoor swimming pool, indoor therapeutic pool, gymnasium, weight training room, outdoor running track, dance studio, and locker room facilities.

Youth Sports Associations

Frisco Aquatics
Frisco Aquatics is a year-round competitive USA swimming team. Tryouts and registration begin in late August and continue monthly through the following June. Frisco Aquatics has a group for virtually all skill levels ranging from age 5 to age 18. Each swimmer joining the team will be required to register with USA Swimming. Frisco Amateur Summer Swim Team (FASST)
FASST offers programs from May through July. FASST competes against local summer swim teams in our region and participates in the TAAF State Championships. FASST is designed for all levels of swimmers from age 5 through adults. (Try outs are required as the child must be able to swim 25 yards unassisted). Frisco Football League (FFL)
The FFL provides flag football for ages 5/6, tackle football for ages 7/8, 9/10 and 11/12. The FFL also provides cheerleading in all divisions. Frisco Soccer Association (FSA)
Frisco Soccer Association is the largest youth sports association in Frisco with more than 4,000 children on over 300 teams playing soccer at the Warren Sports Complex, Pizza Hut Park & Bacchus Park . FSA offers a recreational soccer program in the fall and spring for children ages 4 -19. In addition, FSA offers several camps in the summer for children. Frisco Baseball / Softball Association (FSBA)
Frisco Baseball and Softball Association offers a competitive (Select) league for baseball ages 9 - 12 and a recreational league for baseball and softball ages 5-14. FBSA offers a spring and fall season with post-season tournaments. Clinics for both players and coaches are typically conducted prior to each season. Frisco Youth Volleyball
Frisco Youth Volleyball provides a safe and fun environment for athletes 1st through 12th grade to increase volleyball skills and sports ethics through practices and league competition. FYVB will host 3 seasons; Spring, Summer and Fall for boys and girls with divisions in recreational and competitive as well as intramural for high school athletes. LoneStar Volleyball Club
As a member of the North Texas Region of USA Volleyball, LoneStar Volleyball Club provides a competitive program dedicated to advancing the development of junior athletes through the pursuit of excellence in volleyball, fostered by a highly qualified, professional staff. The focus begins with athletes in the 5th and 6th grades who exhibit advanced skills or have completed LoneStar Volleyball Academy. Frisco Community Center
A small one-room building located in downtown Frisco. This building can be rented for small gatherings such as birthday parties, corporate functions, family reunions, and more.

Outdoor Municipal Pool
The pool is located at the corner of Maple & Mimosa Streets downtown Frisco.

Senior Center at Frisco Square
The Senior Center at Frisco Square is dedicated to the growing senior adult population. This state-of-the-art facility includes more than 10,000 square feet of beautiful programming space.

Superdrome
The Superdrome is an Olympic caliber track cycling venue. Located on the Preston Ridge Campus of Collin County Community College District, the Superdrome in Frisco is a joint partnership between the City of Frisco and CCCCD.

Frisco features: eight community parks, six addtional parks in development, three park pavilions, a gazebo, and two central park amphitheaters.

Community Parks
 
Ballpark Plaza
Located adjacent to the Dr Pepper/Seven Up Ballpark, the Dr Pepper StarCenter and the Embassy Suites Hotel – the park has a water feature and picnic benches.
 
Beavers Bend Park
Located at 5011 Legacy Drive (nearest major intersection: Legacy Road & Lebanon Road)
Amenities: playground system, picnic tables and benches, walking trail (1.2 miles), picnic pavilion and paved parking lot.
 
B.F. Phillips Park
Located at 3335 4th Army Memorial (nearest major intersection: Lebanon Road & Teel)
Amenities: youth size baseball and softball five-field complex with shaded covering at all seating areas, large open space, playground system, picnic pavilion, concession and restroom facility and paved parking lot.
 
Bi-Centennial Park
Located at 9349 Sunset Drive on 5.37 acres.
The park has a lighted in-line hockey court, two sand volleyball courts, playground system, picnic pavilion, BBQ grills, and paved parking lot.
 
Bobwhite Park
Located along Eldorado Parkway & Hillcrest Road on 8.0 acres.
The park has baseball/softball practice field, football/soccer practice field, and a tree orchard.
 
Cannaday Recreation Area
Located along Lebanon Road & Ohio Drive on 4.0 acres.
The park has baseball/softball practice field, two lighted tennis courts, two playground systems, and picnic tables and benches.
 
Central Park
Located at 3155 Parkwood Drive on 8.0 acres.
The park has numerous “hero-size” bronze sculptures & quotations representing the historic cattle drive along the Shawnee Trail, small pond & running brook, amphitheater, walking trails, and picnic tables and benches.
 
Coyote Crossing
Located at 310530 Wilton Dr
Open space for athletic practices, playground system, picnic tables and benches, walking trail, picnic pavilion and paved parking lot.
 
Crescent Park
Located at Eldorado Parkway & Teel Parkway
Located south of Griffin Middle School and Pink Elementary, this park has covered pavilions with picnic tables, a playground structure, basketball courts, a trail, benches and an open space for recreational activities.
 
Duncan Park
Located at 5700 Norfolk Lane on 6.0 acre neighborhood park site.
The park has a baseball/softball practice field, football/soccer practice field, playground system, picnic tables and benches, and BBQ grills.
 
Fairways Green Park
Located at 1710 Buena Park Drive on 8.7 acres.
The park has a football/soccer practice field, playground system, walking trail, and large open space areas.
 
Falcons Field
Located at 1911 Spirit Falls Drive on 10.2 acres.
Located adjacent to Boals Elementary School. this part includes: A large open space area, a paved sidewalk trail around the perimeter of the park, playground system, multi-purpose court, picnic pavilion, and parking area.
 
First Street Park
Located at 8541 First Street along the railroad on 1.0 acres.
The park has a basketball court, playground system, picnic tables.
 
Foncine Settlement
Located at 15350 Appaloosa Drive on 7.0 acres.
Open space for athletic practices, playground system, picnic tables and benches, walking trail, picnic pavilion and paved parking lot.
 
Frisco Commons
Located at 8000 McKinney Drive on 63.0 acres.
The park has a grand pavilion, large performing amphitheater, large fully-stocked pond, veteran memorial, Frisco’s largest playground system, nature garden, picnic tables and benches, BBQ grills, restroom facility, walking trails, and paved parking lot.
 
Gallegos Park
Located at 6698 Pecan Street on .25 acres.
The park has a playground system, pavilion, BBQ grill, picnic tables and benches, and basketball court.
 
Harold Bacchus Community Park
Located at 13995 FM 3537 on 79 acres.
Construction of Phase I is complete, with the grand opening of a youth baseball/softball five-plex, including the Rusty Greer/Texas Rangers Championship Field and the Frisco Miracle League Field, a concession and restroom facility, and several football/soccer multipurpose fields, landscaping, parking and adjacent thoroughfare improvements. Phase II is complete and features the 'On Deck Circle' which includes batting cages and tunnels, twelve acres for football/soccer multipurpose fields, two restroom & concession facilities, a signature playground with a picnic pavilion, three additional playgrounds, a two-acre lake and approximately one mile of hike & bike trails.
 
Hummingbird Park
Located at Panther Creek Parkway & Hillcrest Road on 4.0 acres
Located adjacent to Isabel Sem Elementary School, this passive neighborhood park includes: an ampitheater, a covered pavilion with picnic tables, a seating arbor, trails and an educational gardening area used by the Elementary School.
 
J.C. Grant Park
Located at 9611 Wade Blvd. on 9.0 acres
Open space for athletic practices, playground system, picnic tables and benches, walking trail, picnic pavilion, artwork and paved parking lot.
 
J.R. Newman Park
Located at 8211 Twin Falls Drive on 11.0 acres
Playground system, spray ground water feature, covered pavilion, picnic tables, benches, basketball court, sidewalk art.
 
Limestone Quarry
Located at 1230 Maltby Drive on 17 acres
Located adjacent to Isbell Elementary School, this neighborhood park contains: A large open space, paved sidewalk, trail connecting into the West Rowlett Creek Hike & Bike Trail, playground system, basketball court, picnic pavilion, mosaic artwork and parking area.
 
Mourning Dove Park
Located at 1211 Round Mountain Drive on 8.0 acres.
The park has a baseball/softball practice field, football/soccer practice field, basketball court, playground system, picnic pavilion, walking trail, and paved parking.
 
Oakbrook Park
Located at 8001 Woodstream Drive on 11.5 acres.
The Park has a baseball/softball practice field, basketball court, playground system, restroom facility, picnic tables and benches, BBQ grill, parking lot, and walking trail.
 
Old Orchard Park
Located at 2200 Old Orchard Drive on 6 acres.

Preston Manor Park
Located at 8500 Kent Drive on 6.73 acres.
The Park has a baseball/softball practice field, multipurpose sports court, playground system, two pavilions, picnic tables and benches, large open space area, paved parking, and walking trail.
 
Preston North Park
Located at 5400 Preston North Drive on .5 acres.
The park has a basketball court, playground system, wooden arbor, picnic tables and Benches, and paved parking lot.
 
Preston Ridge Park
Located at 10501 Red Cedar Drive on 7.0 acres.
The park has a baseball/softball practice field, two playground systems, shade structure, picnic tables and benches, BBQ grills, and walking trail.
 
Shawnee Trail Sports Complex
Located at 6501 Hillcrest Road on 17.7 acres.
The park has four lighted baseball/softball game fields, football/soccer game fields, concession facility, restroom facility, two lighted tennis courts, two sand volleyball courts, large pavilion, basketball court, playground system, picnic tables and benches, walking trail, and paved parking lot.
 
Shepherds Glen Park
Located at 12012 Shepherds Hill Drive on 14.0 acres.
Walking trails, picnic pavilion, playground system, spray ground water feature, practice fields.
 
Starwood Park
Located at 6551 Starwood Drive on 2.0 acres.
The park has walking trail and picnic benches.
 
Stephen's Green
Located at Eldorado Parkway & Custer Road on 13.73 acres.
This beautiful wooded neighborhood park site lies adjacent to Ashley Elementary and includes: a covered pavilion with picnic tables, basketball courts, a playground structure, a trail connection that runs along the creek, benches, open space for recreational activities and paved parking.
 
Stewart's Creek
Located at Lebanon Road & North 4th Army Memorial on 23.0 acres.
This park is being developed by the city as a recreational area owned by the Stewart Creek Homeowners Association. The park will contain a future trail system along the north perimeter of the park linking Beavers Bend Park and B.F. Phillips Community Park.
 
Tuscany Meadows
Located at 5611 Sims Way on 6.0 acres.
Open space for athletic practices, playground system, picnic tables and benches, walking trail, picnic pavilion and paved parking lot.
 
Vivian Stark McCallum Park
Located at 9700 Snowberry on 5.0 acres.
Open space for athletic practices, playground system, picnic tables and benches, walking trail, picnic pavilion and paved parking lot.
 
Warren Sports Complex
Located at 7599 Eldorado Parkway on 105.58 acres.
The park has seven lighted football/soccer game fields, four lighted baseball/softball game fields, seven football/soccer game fields, two lighted basketball courts, two lighted tennis courts, two sand volleyball courts, playground system, fully-stocked eight acre pond, large pavilion, picnic tables and benches, BBQ grills, two concession facilities, two restroom facilities, walking trails, and paved parking lots.
 
Youth Center Park
Located at 7775 Camellia Lane on 4.0 acres.
The park has a lighted baseball/softball game field, lighted basketball court, lighted multipurpose court, municipal outdoor pool, playground system, picnic tables and benches, BBQ grills, restroom facility, and paved parking.
 

Park Pavilions

Reservations for park pavilions can be made up to six months in advance. When not specifically reserved by patrons, park pavilions may be utilized on a first-come, first-serve basis. See the Rentals & Reservation Opportunities page for more information.

  Trails




 

The following trails are maintained by the City of Frisco. For more information about the status and use of these trails, please contact 972-292-6500 the or visit the City of Frisco Parks and Recreation website.

Frisco Trails

Beaver Bend Trail Extension - This 1.2 mile trail is an extension to the current trail located in Beavers Bend Neighborhood Park. The trail winds around a pond and features a second playground structure alongside the trail. The trail currently extends from Beavers Bend Park to 4th Army Road which connects to B.F. Phillips Community Park. The connection of the trail into B.F. Phillips will take place with the completion of future Phases of the Community Park.

Caddo Trail - This one mile hike and bike system is located along Stewart Creek, just to the south of Stonebrook Parkway and will extend through the Chapel Creek development and connect into the city's neighborhood park lying adjacent to Spears Elementary School.

College Parkway Trail - This 1.2 mile trail will provide linkage along the TXU easement that runs from College Parkway northward to and past Rolater Road. Once completed, this linkage will provide connection from the Preston Ridge Campus of CCCCD, Shawnee Trail Sports Complex, Shawnee Trail Elementary School, Centennial High School, Wester Middle School, Gunstream Elementary School and Shepherds Glen Park.

Griffin Parc Trail - Located within the Griffin Parc Development, a series of public hike and bike trails that lie within the subdivision and provide a linkage from just west of Legacy Parkway to Teel Parkway.

Lone Star Ranch Trail - Located within the Lone Star Ranch Development, a series of public hike and bike trails that lie within the subdivision providing a linkage from Fourth Army Memorial Drive to Southwest Community Park to a future FISD school site to the interior of the development.

Taychas Trail (formerly West Rowlett Creek Trail) - Located along the West Rowlett Creek corridor traveling north from Isabel Elementary School to Rolater Road, the first phase of the trail will be approximately one mile in distance.

Trails Of West Frisco Trail - Located within the Trails of West Frisco Development, a series of public hike and bike trails that lie within both interior to the subdivision as well as the perimeter of the development. This system provides a linkage from Teel Parkway and FM 720 northward along to Teel Parkway to Cottonwood Creek and will ultimately tie northward to Eldorado Parkway.
