The natatorium is a joint venture with the Allen Independent School District. The facility contains 7,000 square feet of leisure waters, a 25-yard by 25-meter competition pool, 5,000 square feet fitness facility, an aerobics room, a climbing wall, and related support facilities.

The two-story Frisco Athletic Center is located at the southeast corner of Preston Road and Wade Boulevard, and spans over 100,000 square feet, including 18,000 square feet of indoor aquatics elements and about 40,000 square feet of outdoor aquatic elements.
