The state of Collin County in 2009

In November, County Judge Keith Self gave this 18-page presentation – Collin County: Still First in Growth -- at the 2009 State of the Community event, hosted by the McKinney Chamber of Commerce. Leaders from three other McKinney organizations – the City of McKinney, Collin College and McKinney Independent School District – recapped the past year as well as presented their visions for the area’s future.
