Although Public Works will deliver a final product that meets all County Road Standards, we are unable to warrant the work due to the many variables involved such as inclement weather and traffic. Also, we reserve the right to amend the project/maintenance fees and cost estimates as dictated by the scope of the request and prevailing market conditions.
